Our first major initiative in Perth is the project located within the Bennetts Springs East Improvement Scheme 1 zone, located within the Bennetts Springs East Improvement Zone — one of Perth’s key emerging growth areas. Over the next five years, we plan to design and construct around 40 modern residential homes that blend aesthetic appeal, durability, and affordability.
This project represents more than construction — it is a direct response to Western Australia’s growing housing demand. Perth continues to face an increasing need for new dwellings driven by:
